Presentations
Both the main deadline for abstract submission (Friday
1st July 2005) and the late abstract submission deadline (Wednesday 3rd
August 2005) have passed.
Abstract submission is now closed.
Pre-Registration
is now closed.
On-site registration will be available throughout the meeting.
Oral presentations
Plenary sessions will be in the West Road Concert Hall at the Music School.
When there are two parallel sessions of the DPS they will be in the Concert
Hall and in Lecture Theatre LG19 in the Law Faculty. The HAD will join
DPS for some joint plenaries and will otherwise run a separate programme
of presentations in the Umney Theatre, Robinson College.
AV facilities
All three theatres will be equipped for Powerpoint presentations and with
overhead projectors. Additionally, a 35-mm slide projector will be available
in the Umney Theatre. A slide projector can be made available in the Concert
Hall on request.
Posters
Due to space limitations, DPS posters WILL BE CHANGED DAILY,
Monday to Thursday. They will be displayed in the Music School, in the
Rehearsal Room and the Foyer. Posters should be put on the boards (Velcro
fixers will be provided) as soon as possible after 08:00 when the Music
School opens and taken down at the end of the day or at 8.00 a.m. the
next morning. Posters may be viewed at any time between 09:00 and 19.15
but authors are encouraged to be at their posters at the official Poster
Sessions between 18:00 and 19.15 each evening. A cash bar will be open
in the Music School foyer at this time.
HAD posters will be displayed Monday – Wednesday
in Robinson College in the foyer areas near the Umney Theatre.
Poster boards are 2 meters high by 1 meter wide.
